Yes! Delivery prices vary by location, you can see how much we charge for your country when you get to the checkout.

Is my information secure?

We employ industry-standard security techniques to protect your data. Any information you enter into our site is transmitted over HTTPS (which means all communications between your browser and our website are encrypted.) We continuously monitor our website for intrusions and we employ rigorous data-protection policies, ensuring that only essential personnel have access to your private information. Do you have any policies I should know about?

How should I look after my clothes?

You should wash your clothing at 30 degrees Celsius, preferably inside out. Washing at 30 is a great eco way to clean your clothes and save energy. Please don’t tumble dry, or iron over the print! You could shrink or otherwise damage your new clothes! (And we wouldn’t want that )


My order hasn’t arrived yet!

Don’t panic! It could just be taking longer than usual for your order to arrive. In rare circumstances, it can take up to 10 working days for your package to arrive. If you have paid for tracked delivery, we’ll have provided you with a tracking number so you can see your parcel’s progress yourself. Once that time has elapsed, get back in touch regarding your order and we’ll open a dispute with our courier.

How long will it take to get my hands on my awesome purchase?

First of all: thank you so much for purchasing one of our products! You’re awesome, and are clearly a smart cookie. We custom-print each order we receive and aim to keep our printing turnaround times within 2-5 working days (our printers don’t work on weekends), and 99% of the time we do. In case of that rare 1%, we’ll contact you to let you know about the delay.
